Unreleased original soundtrack from Naruto Shippuden Episode 249. Naruto finally understand what his parents have done for him in order for Naruto to become the person he is. Even though his parents died at his birth, they were always there protecting him. Kushina apologizes for leaving Naruto all by himself as the Jincuuriki of Kyuubi. However, Naruto says it was tough at first, but he made friends, many of them, and he is not angry at his mom or his dad for leaving him behind because Naruto knows the sacrifices that Kushina and Minato made to protect him and the village.
Then Kushina breaks into tear and hugs Naruto. She disappears as her time is up. She says "Thank you" which is the title of this song.
If you have been following Naruto for a while now you can really feel the happiness that Naruto feels and the meaning of "Thank you" as Kushina's final words.
