Brand new cars can (and usually do) come with contaminants on the paint, even when covered with pre-delivery skins and stickers like this Porsche Macan did. This is usually from transport by rail and road. It's better for studios like ours to have new cars delivered with the pre-delivery skins on so we can work with the paint to correct and enhance it from the start while also protecting it for the future.
