Ep. 23 | Pistol Warmup into Movement
We meant to get into more movement in this one, but naturally, some of the concepts that came up during the warmup with instructor Mike were too hard not to talk about! Mike got “Mr. Relatable” Jimmy up to speed a bit in time to try out a short movement drill. Don’t be fooled, just because it’s a “Short” movement drill doesn’t mean it isn’t a bit tricky. Moving with a gun is simple, but it’s often easy for our brains to muddy it up trying to go fast or think ahead. Certainly a lot more we can go into on movement in the future – this was just the tip of the ice berg!
