DIY Bias Handle Pleated Bag | Making a Light Bag
This is a single-layer bag.
The point of the bag is to wrap the handle with bias to make it thin. You can wrap the bias with the same fabric as the body,
or you can make it with a different color that matches it, and it will be a great bag.
