🎤 Your voice type is largely defined by its color. If you have a darker, lower-sounding voice (even if it's not actually that low), you probably wouldn't be categorized as a high coloratura soprano or soubrette. In musical theater, you'd likely sing roles for more serious characters or older women, not the sparkly, youthful parts. These darker voice types have a whole different color and character.
