Hey all. Been a long time since I recorded, eh? This video’s of me covering It’s Over, Isn’t It from Steven Universe. Pearl really speaks to me a character, because like her before her independence, I got people pleaser written all over me. I try unbelievably hard to be something inspiring to others because that’s how so many people today see me. To prove I’m worthy of being loved.
But in the end, what really matters is pleasing yourself. Still learning that lesson, as are many others like me right now I’m sure, but trust me; doing things for you is just as fulfilling, if not more.
