USF4 Zangief's combo into Ultra 2
when you focus attack someone and wait for a while the characters fall on their knees, this is a small tight window when everyone is air borne.. with a little practice you can use this technique to combo gief's ultra 2 :) however this is more of a style combo since Ultra 1 is comparatively easier to perform and does slightly more damage (606 to precise)
