This video contains two recent matches I had with the LV1 Full Armor Gundam Alex on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 450-500 cost support with excellent stagger lock ability, good mobility, two powerful melee swings and good DPS. Its main weakness is that it has limited stagger accumulation options, needing to rely totally on the chest missiles. This suit is a lot better than I expected. It has good DPS and overall good stagger ability as expected from a support, but, if you alternate between stuns, you can infinite stunlock somebody without Maneuver Armor, which is really strong in some situations. I hope that you enjoy watching!
Its primary weapon is a double beam rifle with 800x2 power, 4 seconds cooldown, 45%x2 heat, 15 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 400m range and 20%x2 stagger value. This doesn't deal much damage, but each shot instant staggers. You can let it fire one shot then immediately swap weapons if you want to save heat, which is very useful for when you want to stunlock somebody.
Its primary melee weapon is a beam saber with 2200 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time and standard modifiers. The suit lacks balancers, but has two melee swings. It is surprisingly easy to use because of your stagger potential, so you can punish generals that get too close to you.
Its first sub weapon is a back cannon with 1500 power, 6 ammo, 4 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds reload, 1.75 seconds swap time, 450m range and 60% stagger value. The damage isn't super high on its own but it is otherwise really good, having short cooldown time and a large splash radius.
Its second sub weapon is an arm gatling gun with 155 power, 45 ammo, 600 RPM, 12 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 175m range, 1550 DPS and 1% stagger value. This has ridiculous DPS, you can melt any general if you get a chance to use it. It has short range and can't stagger on its own though, so be careful about when you use it.
Its third sub weapon is a missile bay with 525x6 power, 1.5 seconds cooldown, 15 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 400m range and 25%x6 stagger value. This doesn't have the incredible stagger value that the original FA Gundam chest missiles have, but they still have high damage and decent stagger potential. They are inaccurate at long range.
The LV1 FA Alex has 16000 HP, 23 ballistic resist, 20 beam resist and 15 melee resist. This pretty fair durability for a 450 cost support, but it isn't the most durable thing around either.
It also has 115 walk speed, 180 boost speed, 50 thrust and 66 turning speed. It has seemingly meh mobility at first, but since it strafes left/right and backwards at 95% speed, it is actually faster than most raids and generals when it comes to peeking around corners.
In conclusion, I feel that the FA Alex is one of the strongest supports available at 450 cost. It has good mobility, good self defence, good DPS, and pretty incredible stagger lock ability. If you don't have MA, then you might be kinda screwed if FA Alex can just pelt you with instant staggers over and over. I can certainly recommend it for 450 cost, but it might be a mistake at 500 cost considering how strong the Proto Zeta Gundam is. Thanks for watching, and I hope that you enjoyed it!
