Due to emulation problems in Mame this game plays poorly in both sound and video speed, however by overclocking the CPU main and sub up 200% I was able to get around this pretty well. It was one of my favorite games in the arcades growing up.
Your girlfriend Marian is viciously assaulted by machine gun Willy and his gang of punks, and Billy and Jimmy the two brothers go out to rescue her.
