Aztec Soup in 5 minutes or less
How´s it going YouTube people :)
Today we have a very easy recipe that is one of my favorite Mexican Dishes, the mythic Aztec soup, a soup based on tortillas. It is easy to make, fast and delicious (and also very cheap).
U only need 4 or 5 red tomatoes, a white onion, garlic, pasilla pepper and epazote (if you can get it to give the soup extra flavor). Ohh, and of course tortillas.
