Fps caps in Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker - 20/30fps comparison.
I forgot to add in the end that even if you can get 60fps on emulated version it will fuck up the cutscenes(the ones made in comic book art style).

UPDATE
Only after 2 years I noticed I mixed the footage from the minigun.
The one on the right is actually 30FPS and the one on the left is 20FPS.
My bad, lol.
