I Analyzed the Modern MCYT Fandom | Video Essay
I analyzed the Modern MCYT/Minecraft YouTube Fandom... for my Sociology class.
I conducted a fandom survey across Tumblr, Reddit, and a Facebook group for Hermitcraft fans, as well as looking at popular trends in FanFiction on the fanwork archive site of Archive of Our Own (AO3).
This has been a project 2 months in the making, and I'm really proud of how it turned out! This wasn't supposed to be public, but after seeing all the support from all of you, I decided that it was only right to share this with all of you.
