This is a clip of our Unimog U140 LBU, turning off of Central Parkway, here in Beautiful Cincinnati, Ohio. Take not of the asymmetrical hood, which is to give the driver a clear view of front mounted implements.
And, since Unimog are actually agriculture tractors, you will also notice the rear three point hitch, and slow moving vehicle SMV sign. The bed has a three way dumping feature, allowing operator to tip loads off of either the left, the right or the rear.
Unimog is a german word made up from the words: UNIversal MOtor Gerät. (Gerät is the German word for tool, or equipment)
