🎯 KEY STEPS TO SETUP CUSTOM DOMAIN EMAIL IN GHL:
Access Email Services in GoHighLevel: Head to Settings, then Email Services, where you'll find the option to set up your SMTP provider. This is the starting point for connecting any external email service.
Choose SendGrid as Your SMTP Provider: Click on the SendGrid option inside GoHighLevel. You'll be asked for a username, email, and password to complete the connection.
Set the Username Correctly: The username field must always say "API key" — nothing else. Entering anything different will cause GoHighLevel to reject the request.
