Make a wooden chicken coop
Building a new chicken coop in the garden.
I needed a larger chicken coop to accommodate a larger number of hens, perhaps 7 to 8, starting next year.
I tried to make some improvements: an offset nest box, a double door for cleaning the perches, and an automatic door.
The total cost of construction, including all the materials and the door, was €400. It took me three days to get the materials and build it.
The chickens should be fine!
