How to plant garlic in October?
October or early November is the ideal time to plant white and purple garlic; for pink garlic, you should wait until February or March.
White garlic is perfectly resistant to cold and frost; however, it prefers less waterlogging. In the ground, you can plant it on a mound for better drainage.
Harvest in July when the stems have wilted.
