Waydroid (Android) on the Pinebook Pro Manjaro 2022
In this video I show you Waydroid on the Pineboook Pro running Manjaro.
Do note that you have to run Wayland as the compositor and not x11.
Unfortunately you can see it's not very fast, but at least it's working.
Hopefully things will improve with updates.

Kernel 5.18 no longer has ashmem and now you have to use memfd.
Use command below to switch from ashmem to memfd.
grep sys.use_memfd=true /var/lib/waydroid/waydroid_base.prop || echo sys.use_memfd=true | sudo tee -a /var/lib/waydroid/waydroid_base.prop

How to get Waydroid working
If you follow these steps, Waydroid should work fine.
Remember, Waydroid only works on Wayland!
Install waydroid-image and all it’s dependencies.
Run pkexec setup-waydroid.
You should now be able to launch Waydroid. The first launch takes a while.
Check the Waydroid log if needed.
