Stable Diffusion 3 ComfyUI installed with Pinokio AI
As Stable Diffusion 3 (SD3) is no longer banned on CivitAI, I tried to run it on my Intel N100 computer with 16GB of RAM.

At the moment you can use ComfyUI to run Stable Diffusion 3.
It is recommended to install Python programs in their own virtual environment. But as I am lazy, I saw that you can also install ComfyUI with Pinokio AI.
