Beef Rib steak cutting tutorial.
In this video I show you how to cut a whole primal bone in beef rib into rib steaks. Fot this you could get away with using a hand saw but its much easier using a band saw, unfortunately not a lot of people have these readily available in which case id recommend you de-bone it and make boneless rib steaks and barbecue the ribs.
