Charlene Luna shares how Yakima Valley College's Running Start and Upward Bound programs are helping her achieve her educational aspirations. Thanks to the two programs, Luna has been able to earn two years of college credits tuition-free, gain hands-on research experience, and received support in applying to four-year colleges.
