Set your phone timer to 10 minutes and crank up your tunes. 10 rounds of 10 push-ups and 10 kettlebell swings.

Your score is your time. Record it and test it again in 30 days. If you need to scale this workout easier, do your push-ups from your knees, only do 5 rounds and use a light KB. To scale it harder, do your push-ups on a pair of kettlebells or dumbells and use a heavier KB. Warm up first.
