Could a regional bond measure ease the affordable housing shortage? | BAHFA Webinar
The Bay Area needs more affordable housing – more than 180,000 new affordable homes by 2031. Building at this scale and meeting the affordable housing demand is a tall order – one that will require robust, regionally coordinated public investment.
To meet these goals, we’re considering a bond measure for the November 2024 ballot to invest in building and preserving affordable homes.
