(1) If the product is customer return (open parcel)- Amazon retains 20% of the original referral fees up to a maximum of INR 300 for each line item in the refund + shipping fees.
(2) If the product is undelivered(cancel by amazon or cannot reach customer address)- Referral and closing fees will be auto-reimbursed and shipping fees fully refunded.
(3) If the product is undelivered (Customer reject to accept delivery)-customer rejected units above 8% of shipped units in a month are eligible for fee reimbursement.
All the reimbursement is done after 45 days and reports can be checked within the same life span of 45 days.
There is always an error in the reimbursement reports so it has to be checked correctly.
