From the stoic guardians of children such as Kiryu of Yakuza fame to the kindhearted dad's Dad such as Barry Burton from Resident Evil, to the well meaning but rough edged God of War Kratos I'm going to tell you why Dads are cool and why playing them in games is cooler!
