For ~ 14 (~ 380g):
30 ml vegetable oil
130g oatmeal
40g flour (I have rice, you can use any)
50g sour cream
20g honey
1 egg
40g sugar
1 tsp. baking powder (no heap)
50g frozen berries (I used lingonberries)
1/3 tsp cinnamon optional
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for ~15 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
