Gonna take this description to talk about the newly released 2023 Secret Santa Collab! Personally my experience with it has been incredible, in terms of average map quality and just the creativity in concepts. Everyone made a map for someone else in the community and although the release is definitely maybe a bit later than we intended, these maps definitely still hold up incredibly well today! Seriously, play this collab, it literally has a map with multiple endings, a stunning recreation of Rain World's aesthetic, and even a 70-room epic with custom enemies. Ok now for my map
I had a TON of fun making this for Luma, everything is exactly where I want it to be and it's probably the most high-effort decoration I've done. The increased dash length combined with jellies is an idea I'd wanted to do for a long time now, and this ended up being the perfect opportunity for it! I'm also pretty happy with it in terms of an introductory map to the collab, since it's so close to the spawn point in the easy lobby lol. Also, yes, the name of the map is from LittleBigPlanet! I actually was originally using music from that game's Sensei's Lost Castle, before Intikus volunteered to make music for it.
