I found some vintage miter boxes, including a Stanley #115, while cleaning out an elderly relative's house. So I thought it would be fun to try a coped joint with crown moulding using only these and other hand tools. No power saws of any kind! Despite using a rusty, dull saw and a low quality plastic miter box, the result isn't too bad. This experiment in my shop shows that the right knowledge is more important than the latest tools.
