Some nice people on the XDA forums, have helped me with a fix for the Kindle Fire 5 Generation 5.1.2.1 Rooting this by taking the firmware back to 5.1.2 only, to allow me to root this using kingroot, which does work when you use the Supertools version and not the latest version,
if you use latest version, Then Supertools will fail to remove rootking, and give SuperSU root control,

stick with it as it crashes and reboots, few times and it WILL root,
now its rooted, block the OTA updates do nova launcher etc,

and now google play wil not work it wil say something like
''unable to connect to googles servers''
head over to root junkie http://www.rootjunkysdl.com/files/ALL...

and download this, stick it in the download folder on your kindle,

open Flashfire and grant root, now click Zip flash and locate your file, accept it, it wil flash!

now google play will offer a totaly different log in page and go all the way thru no problems,!

Credits go out to davisdane , Chrisseh and Baron164
and sd_shadow for helping me downgrade

Amazon Fire 5th Gen 5.1.2 rolled back from 5.1.2.1.

Get root. supertools and kingroot(do not update ver)
install flashfire.
download gapps-5.1-2015-05-23-24

flash zip using flashfire
delete data from google play services in manage apps from settings
reboot
login and its good.
block ota etc
