In this episode, Head Coach Coach Snider explains how his program uses HitTrax & the Biomechanics module during their practices. He shows us an example of his freshman's hitting session before and after the Fall 2023 season.
Specifically, he looks at center of mass, stride length, head movement, and torso bend and how that all of that affects the sequencing of his players' swing.
