Toronto Central Academy Terry Fox Run 2022
On Sunday, September 18th, the students and faculty of The Toronto Central Academy gathered to commemorate and participate in the 2022 Terry Fox Run. Before commencing our run, the story of Terry Fox's life was presented to students so that they may understand the significance of this great figure in Canadian history. Over 40 years after his Marathon of Hope, Terry Fox continues to inspire people all across the world as a symbol of hope, determination and courage. We at Toronto Central Academy are proud to have participated in this year's run and endeavour to instil in our students the same values and beliefs that Terry Fox embodied.
