Just a very quick low res unedited (watch the clock right top corner) but still viewable video.
Some still don't believe me that the Music app in MacOS Catalina public can create an XML However you need to do it manually here is the proof.
I shot the video on a test system, not all tracks are on that system so when I create the new playlist and add tracks, not all are added, some tracks were missing.
I'll take this video down the moment the confusion has settled in.

Go to https://www.ATGR.nl select as source your DJ software of choice and what you want to do as target. The site will show you all relevant information including which apps you need and the YouTube tutorials that show you what to do.
