Playlists are bespoke lists of content that are navigated seamlessly without re-visiting any menus to find particular pieces of collateral.
They enable users to create tailored journeys through different resources across different Content Sets for particular clients or situations.
Creating Playlists gives you and your team lots of different opportunities. For example, if you’ve created a Playlist that’s worked well in a particular situation, not only can you use it again, but you can also share it with your colleagues over email directly from the app so they can use it too!
