Snowflake 1 - 13 cords x 55cm/22in each (3mm macrame cord)
Lay one cord across your work space
Attach 12 cords to center of original cord using Lark's Head Knots
Close circle using two ends of the original cord to tie a Cow Hitch Knot
Tie off those two ends with an Overhand Knot
Separate cords into groups of 4
Tie a square knot on each set of 4 cords
Continuing to work with each set of 4 cords, take left-most cord and tie 1 double half hitch knot going down-right
Take right-most cord and tie 2 double half hitch knots going down-left
Take center-left cord and tie 1 double half hitch knot going down-left
Take center-right cord and tie 1 double half hitch knot going down-right
Repeat on each set of 4 cords
Take 2 cords from one set of 4, and 2 cords from the set of 4 next to it, and tie 1 square knot in between them
Repeat between each set
Trim ends slightly
Brush/comb out cords
Trim once more

Snowflake 2 - 13 cords x 55cm/22in each (3mm macrame cord)
Lay one cord across your work space
Attach 12 cords to center of original cord using Lark's Head Knots
Close circle using two ends of the original cord to tie a Cow Hitch Knot
Tie off those two ends with an Overhand Knot
Separate cords into groups of 4
Tie two square knots on each set of 4 cords
Take 2 cords from one set of 4, and 2 cords from the set of 4 next to it, and tie 1 square knot in between them
Tie another square knot, slightly down the holding cords
Slide square knot up to meet the one above it
Repeat between each set
Trim ends slightly
Brush/comb out cords
Trim once more

Snowflake 3 - 13 cords x 70cm/28in (3mm macrame cord)
Lay one cord across your work space
Attach 12 cords to center of original cord using Lark's Head Knots
Close circle using two ends of the original cord to tie a Cow Hitch Knot
Tie off those two ends with an Overhand Knot
Separate cords into groups of 4
Take left-most cord and tie 1 double half hitch knot going down-right
Take right-most cord and tie 2 double half hitch knots going down-left
Take left-most cord and tie 1 double half hitch knot going down-right
Take right-most cord and tie 2 double half hitch knots going down-left
Repeat on each set of 4 cords
Using the center-left cord from one set, make 2 double half hitch knots in a row going down-left
Using the center-right cord from the set next to previous set, make 2 double half hitch knots in a row going down-right
Using same holding cord from last step, make one double half hitch knot going down-right
Using left-most cord, tie 1 double half hitch knot going down-right
Using right-most cord, tie 2 double half hitch knots going down-left
Repeat between each set
Trim ends
