They are in FBX format so that you can use them in the tool you want, in general they do not have textures, I leave that to your decision.
I also tell you that they are ready to be used directly in your favorite rendering software (Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine ...), you import them, assign the materials and that's it.
