Here's what you'll be doing:
🎟️ Managing theatre bookings & generating box office reports using Computerised Box Office System.
☎️ Providing exceptional customer service by answering calls & assisting inquiries.
💰 Cash Handling
📅 Keeping our event displays up-to-date
📝 General administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
👋 Extending a warm welcome to all visitors as they step through our doors.
🔦 Guiding & assisting Playhouse staff and visiting companies
This is a casual position with flexible hours, including weekends & evenings. Full training will be provided!
What we're looking for:
⏰ Excellent time management skills to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
💼 Excellent customer care experience to deliver top-notch!
💻 Basic computer skills – don't worry, we'll show you the ropes!
