Mastering New Skills
Learning a new thing is hard!
I try to practice in a way that's safe and minimizes waste, and risk.
While I master that art of the fillet, I fillet one side, and then bake the entire remainder of the fish so I don't waste the meat I left behind.
When I get lost, I reach out to a friend [and watch Youtube videos].
Never be embarrassed for trying!
