Today's project is a massive challenge: A 100-year-old heavy-duty bench vise that is completely frozen solid. Due to decades of exposure to moisture, the main screw is seized, and the sliding mechanism is stuck fast with heavy rust.
I have to use heat, penetrating oil, and force to unseize the parts before the restoration can even begin. Watch the full process of bringing this vintage tool back to life!

Disassembly: Using heat and oil to free the seized screws.
Rust Removal: Stripping away 100 years of decay.
Masking & Painting: Applying a fresh coat of hammer-finish paint.
