Record 4K Shorts: OBS Studio Settings and Notebook Guide
In this video, I explain how to record high-quality 4K Shorts videos using a notebook and OBS Studio. By turning your notebook screen to portrait mode and configuring the OBS settings, you can perfectly match the 2160x3840 resolution required for Shorts. Follow these steps:
Go to your display settings and switch to 'Portrait' mode.
Open OBS Studio and go to 'Settings'.
In the 'Video' section, set the base and output resolution to 2160x3840.
Under the 'Output' section, ensure the recording settings are also 2160x3840.
