Sometimes, certain hardware, such as webcam, even the one that is built-in to your monitor, can cause SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error. If you’re getting SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (ks.sys) error you might want to disable your webcam by following these instructions:
1. Press start button y type Device Manager and choose Device Manager from the list. (0:28s)
