In this video today we will be exploring basic troubleshooting techniques for desktops and laptops. There is 4 Sections in this video.
Section 1. Computers and Laptops That Won't Bootup
In this section, we will be checking the power plug and power adapter for the device and removing a external laptop battery to see if it can boot without it.
Section 2. Applications Running to Slow
In this Section, we will be checking our applications for updates, closing down the applications completely and reopening them.
Section 3. Applications That Have Frozen
In this section, I will be showing you how to open task manager in 3 different ways and how to properly restart your device.
Section 4. Frozen Computer or Laptop
In this section, I will show you how to shut down a device that has completely frozen or has gotten stuck on a task.
