How many images can I expect to label in an hour?
Your speed may vary depending on your familiarity with the software and the number of instances in the images that you receive. On average, for someone who had no prior experience with the software, it took them 5 minutes per image with 10 instances to create. After a few rounds of practice, it may take them 1 minute or less for that same image.
What are the Rates
On average, the number of images a person can label in an hour is 60 images. This is equivalent to RM 9 per hour. For every batch of image you help to label, the payment is RM 9.

Different images have different labeling difficulty levels. How many easy/moderate/difficult images can I expect to receive?
To ensure fairness to all assignees, the images are randomly selected and placed into batches. To ensure complete randomness of batch assignment, the assignee will receive a random batch from the dataset.
How many images are there in a batch?
We provide 60 pairs of images (category, RGB) in every batch.
How do I receive the images?
A Google Drive/OneDrive link will be sent to your email. To ensure that the cloud storage has enough space to host images for other assignees, the link will expire after 3 days.
How do I send back the images that I labeled?
Zip the parent folder that contains all the images. Upload it to either your Google Cloud/OneDrive and notify us through an email or a group chat message.
I am not familiar with the software. Where can I learn how to use the software?
We have uploaded videos that cover the tools you will commonly use for the task. The link to the playlist is available in the description. They are also part of this video’s channel.
Are there other scenarios besides the ones shown in the demonstrations?
Yes, we have prepared more videos that covers a range of difficulties, types of object and number of instances. We would recommend you to check out the “How To Label” series in the channel. However, if you came across a scenario that you are not quite sure how to label, feel free to reach out to us. We will assess the image and get back to you as soon as we can. A follow-up video and announcement will also be made to ensure that other assignees are updated.

How and when can I expect payment?
Our payment method is via bank transfer. Hence, in the sign up form, we request for the assignee’s:
