How This Game Makes You Wanna Draw
This video game makes you wanna draw! This video is a mini-essay on a Roblox game called Spray Paint. In this video I analyze one of Roblox's most popular drawing games called Spray Paint. I talk about how three aspects of the game (though some may not like them) can actually encourage people to draw.
I do plan on making more Roblox Spray Paint Videos but I might be making less of them since I've done a lot on the game. I want to keep experimenting with formats, ideas, skits, and everything so we'll see what I come up with. Also I hope you enjoyed my analysis, I don't trust myself too much when it comes to analyzing games since I don't have too much experience but with time and practice I'm sure to get better at it.
This video was sort of just me looking to the perceived flaws of a game and trying to see how they add to the experience. I feel like the lack of some features end up defining the game for better or worse.
Also if the gamedevs add saving mechanics or better gameplay elements, I'm all for that. I just think it's interesting to evaluate what it is in the moment and how it affected me.
Also I know there's another spray paint game that does have saving mechanics and even better drawing tools. I just wanted to talk about my experience with this one.
