250g Butter
4 Cups flour
1 potato
2lbs beef
Vegetables assorted
2Tbs vegetable oil
1 Tsp Salt
Peppers
Beef stock
Mix flour salt and then add cold butter. Use your fingers or put in a hand mixer and do not over mix. Refrigerate for 45m-1 hour.
For the filling;
Fry the meat, potatoes and all the vegetables together and add beef stock. Allow to cool.
Remove your dough from the fridge and cut in circles you can use a small plate as shown in the video. Use a fork to seal the edges. Egg wash, bake at 350°f for 20 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
