Have you ever tried to visualise the date periods (months, weeks, days) that an event was open in as opposed to the date period the event was created or closed within? It can be a tricky problem, but this Power BI Guide offers a solution! We use an example of absence data to show which absences were open in each month, even if the start and end dates overlap two or more months.
