UPDATED: Xiaomi M365 Firmware Downgrade
Xiaomi Mijia M365 is an excellent electric scooter straight out of the box, but you might want to improve upon that and I sure wanted to improve mine :). You might want to get extra speed or extra mileage, you might want to tweak the regenerative braking or other parameters of the scooter. To do any of these things you need to flash your scooter with custom firmware, so this video might be able to help you.
If you didn't update to 1.5.1 (and it's good that you didn't) and your current firmware version is 1.4.1, 1.4.2 or 1.4.3 and you want to install a custom firmware based on 1.3.8 on your Xiaomi Mijia M365 electric scooter, then you will have to install an app called M365_DownG on your Android phone (link to the Play Store app at the bottom of this page: https://m365.botox.bz/), then create a custom firmware using https://m365.botox.bz/ and flash it to the scooter.
