How to make Peri-Naise (for restaurants)
Peri-Naise is a money maker for your restaurant. When you use Peri-Naise on your dishes (instead of plain mayo), your customers will ask you over and over "what was that?" We use it on every sandwich, in our wraps, a dallop over black beans and rice and as a dip for chips and fries.
One cup Mayo (your choice) to 2-3 Tbsp. DiChickO's Peri-Peri Marinade
