We Bought a bus and needed somewhere to park it. While it might be far from perfect, it's perfect to us.... The Bus Fits and that's all that matters.

The Gravel is 3/4 inch. I paid somebody off Facebook marketplace to bring 10 tons to my house for $500. (This is a lot of gravel. You will probably not need this much.)
I rented the Tiller from HomeDepot. I've been told you can get it cheaper else-where but HomeDepot is kind of a go-to for me. I got it for 24 hours, but had 3 spots in my yard to use it. It was around $300 bucks give or take some fee's.
