Electronics Tutorial 3: Op Amps as Comparators
In this video, we take a look at how we can use operational amplifiers as comparators. We can very easily use op amps to compare the strength of two signals, and output a digital signal based on which is larger. We also look at a clever configuration called the Schmitt trigger, which ensures that our digital signals do not become noisy.
