Using "Twice As Nice" methods, Stacy Michell cuts one of the "Hand Dyed Hula Hoops" she has created at her studio in Marietta GA. Pre-fused with appliqué, and careful cutting maximizes the radiant color effects by aligning the pattern with the fabric, in size and scale.
