Bacon Cupcakes?!?!
This recipe is one of my favorite ways to meal prep breakfast. Its quick, its easy, and comes out pre portioned as soon as its done cooking! You can really use any ingredients you want in this recipe and cover it with seasoned scrambled eggs. I used green onions, shredded cheddar, red bell pepper, and Smithfield Thick Cut Bacon.
